The city points were obtained from <\/span>TxDOT's City Boundaries REST service<\/span><\/a> and then converted into centroid points. The county boundaries were obtained from <\/span>TxDOT's County Boundaries REST service<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>

The 2020 population for the cities was obtained from <\/span>TxDOT's City Boundaries REST service<\/span><\/a> and the 2020 population for the counties was obtained from the <\/span>US Census REST service<\/span><\/a> .<\/span><\/p>

The participation data was obtained in April 2025 from <\/span>FEMA's Community Status Book<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>
