 "description": "<DIV STYLE=\"text-align:Left;\"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>This dataset has been revised as a hybrid of the Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT) Texas County Boundaries Detailed and the US Census Bureau\u2019s TIGER geodatabases to more accurately overlay other polygon feature classes contained with the Boundary feature dataset in this GAM File Geodatabase. The TXDOT county boundaries detailed were used as the primary foundation and county boundaries were revised using the TIGER county boundaries along the Sabine River, the Red River and other county boundaries coincident with rivers. County boundaries along the Rio Grande were also revised to be coincident with the International Boundary and Water Commission national boundary between the US and Mexico. These hybrid revisions resulted in a more accurate representation of county boundaries coincident with rivers when overlain with Google imagery. Additional modifications were made by TWDB.<\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN>Each polygon is categorized as either 0 for \u201cLAND\u201d or 1 for \u201cBAY\u201d using the \u201cBAYS\u201d column in the attribute table. <\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN>Additional \u201ckey\u201d fields (FIPS, GID, and GEOID) provide the option to join the TWDB Counties polygon feature class to the TXDOT and TIGER counties tables.<\/SPAN><\/P><\/DIV><\/DIV><\/DIV>",
