snippet: The Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) created a GIS layer to display the grid nodes for seven TxBLEND hydrodynamic and salinity transport model grids. The available model grids cover seven estuaries including: Sabine-Neches, Trinity-San Jacinto, Lavaca-Colorado, Guadalupe, Mission-Aransas, Nueces, and Laguna Madre. The grids also include a revised version of Lavaca-Colorado grid that extends further east to focus on East Matagorda Bay. Each grid was imported using UTM coordinates (easting and northing) taken directly from the most recent TxBLEND model input file. TxBLEND model data can be requested from: https://www.waterdatafortexas.org/coastal/request or via email to coastal-data@twdb.texas.gov.
